- Conversation of the physician with the patient
This conversation (also called history taking) includes the current symptoms as well as previous diseases, indispositions, preferences, dislikes (e.g. for or against chocolate), modalities (under which circumstances e.g. the pain gets better or worse). The questions are not only about the physical area but especially also about the area of the psyche and mind (e.g. fears, dreams).
- All available examinations (X-ray, labs, etc.) are incorporated into the decision of the remedy.
- Now the comparison of the patient’s symptoms with those symptoms that were found during the testing of the remedy follows (see History and Background).
- The physician now chooses the remedy that matches best according to the pathology.
- During the check-up it is determined if and how the remedy was effective. Possibly an adaptation of the dose or the change of the remedy is necessary.
- Homeopathy can be particularly very effective in acute cases. Patients often
observe a first reaction that indicates that the remedy is unfurling its positive
effects in the body.
Classical homeopathy in dentistry
Within the scope of a holistically orientated dentistry homeopathy shows its
great significance as an efficient and lasting method of treatment.
From the homeopathic point of view many disorders in the area of dental medicine
appear due to an acute or chronic malaise of the vital force and need a strengthening
on the energetic level for healing.
The large application area of potentiated remedies in the dental area comprises:
° Susceptibility to caries due to insufficient intake of mineral nutrients
from nutrition
° Conditions of pain which can appear relating to teeth (e.g. as an infectious
reaction or a reaction to a root treatment) as well as not relating to teeth
(e.g. in the form of a trigeminusneuralgy or as phantom pain after the extraction
of a tooth)
° Hereditary disease of the gums and changes in the oral mucosa
° Teeth grinding and clenching
° Diseases of the parodontium
° Circulatory disorders of the teeth and misaligned teeth
° Fears and phobias of treatment
° Treatment of constitution before the restoration with amalgam in patients
with a weakened vitality
Through the administration of the dynamised remedy adequate for the patient and his/her condition we achieve the introduction of a healing process on the physical, psychical and mental level, as well as the support of the defence mechanism and the establishing of a stable condition of regulation through the stimulation of detoxication mechanisms natural to the body.
In the case of already existing damages in the area of the teeth or the parodontium
(as e.g. susceptibility to caries, diseases of the parodontium, orthodontic
problems and pain conditions with a dental origin) we combine the homeopathic
treatment with our dental measures.
We treat patients with pain conditions without existing tooth damage (e.g. in
the case of chronic conditions of the maxillary antrum, trigeminusneuralgy or
facial pains) solely homeopathically.
Teeth grinding and clenching at night, as well as fears and phobias of treatment
are further indicators for a homeopathic procedure as the only therapeutic measure.
The success of treatment of a homeopathic therapy in the area of dentistry
can be checked very well with Kirlian photography.
With the Energy Emission Analysis (EEA) developed by Peter Mandel the Kirlian
photos of the tips of the fingers and toes are analysed, which, as start and
end points of acupuncture meridians, give information on the bioenergetics of
the entire organism.
The energy emission area of both thumbs (the topography of the energetic circulation lungs/lymphs comprises the sectors teeth 1 to 8, the sinuses, the Waldeyer ring, the area of the tonsils and the ear) are the visual centre points in the interpretation of the photos, as a blockade of the lymph circulation of the head has a negative effect on the entire organism in the form of interactions between the tooth abscess and the organs due to disturbance fields in the teeth or maxillary antrum.
The homeopathic treatment eliminates the interference in the lymph drainage
in the head and the energetic burden of the abscess by breaking the negative
information track to the tissue and restoring the energy flow.
The success of the treatment of a homeopathic therapy can be checked objectively
on the basis of the changed emission phenomena of the EEA (Energy Emission Analysis)
photo.
